Kim Fleming ensures that all facets of the firm run seamlessly, working closely with attorneys, staff, and clients in all phases of litigation.
Kim Fleming sustains Perry Law’s day-to-day operations, playing a crucial role in managing vendor relations, advancing marketing activities, and providing administrative support. She helps shape the firm’s HR and IT policies, implements best practices, and maintains client billing. As the Head Paralegal, Kim provides paralegal support in both civil and criminal matters, from the initiation of a case, through discovery and depositions, to trial and sentencing.
Prior to joining Perry Law, Kim was an office manager and legal assistant at a white-collar defense boutique, where she worked on high-profile, complex criminal cases involving securities, mail, and wire fraud, money laundering, FCPA violations, and other causes of action as well as with U.S. and international clients in the energy, healthcare, entertainment, and other sectors. She facilitated the transition of her office to a remote working environment by adapting cloud-based solutions. She is experienced in research, operations, and e-discovery.
Kim volunteers with the New York Junior League, serving on the Playground Improvement Project Committee.
