Heather Hayes is a Legal Analyst at Perry Law. Prior to joining the firm, Heather interned at the Brennan Center for Justice, where she supported pro-democracy litigation efforts. She also interned at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, the U.S. Senate, and Hillary Clinton’s office. As an undergraduate, she conducted research into U.S. electoral systems and working-class politics.

Heather holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in Political Science and American Studies from Columbia University.
