Chad has represented clients in a wide range of criminal and civil matters in state and federal court. Prior to joining Perry Law, Chad clerked for Chief Judge Rowan D. Wilson on the New York Court of Appeals.

In law school, Chad founded the Yale Student Association for Small Claims Assistance, which aims to close the resource gap for litigants with small civil claims. He served as Student Director of the Yale Challenging Mass Incarceration Clinic and worked in the Housing Clinic. Chad also served on the boards of the Capital Assistance Project and the Yale Defenders Society.

Chad holds an A.B., magna cum laude, from Harvard College and a J.D. from Yale Law School.
