Carter Popkin is a Senior Legal Analyst at Perry Law. Before joining the firm, Carter served as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Northwest Cambodia. He has also worked in the U.S. Senate and conducted research on antitrust law at the Library of Congress and University of Chicago.

Carter holds a bachelor’s degree in History and Theatre from Northwestern University.
