Alex Parachini is an experienced litigator and advisor whose practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts, government investigations and enforcement actions, and employment litigation and counseling.

About

Alex’s broad experience includes representation of individuals and businesses, as both plaintiffs and defendants, in litigation involving breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and defamation claims, as well as state and federal employment, discrimination, and consumer protection laws.

Alex is equally at home in the courtroom and the boardroom. He has successfully argued motions before several state and federal trial courts, as well as the Appellate Division, First Department. In addition, Alex served as second-chair in a mortgage fraud trial, where he obtained a substantial judgment and punitive damages for his client. Alex has also counseled senior executives and business owners on a variety of employment issues, including hiring, separation, layoffs, employee classification, employment agreements, and company policies.

Before joining Perry Law, Alex was an associate at a major international law firm and a prominent litigation boutique. In addition to private practice, he served as a law clerk for Judge I. Leo Glasser of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He holds a B.A. magna cum laude from Tufts University, and a J.D. cum laude from New York University School of Law.
