Opportunities Await

Perry Law is built on great talent, and we are actively looking for people whose commitment to excellence will make them an invaluable addition to our team.

With above-Biglaw market rates at all levels and the opportunity to work with nationally renowned litigators, Perry Law attracts and hires best-in-class attorneys and staff. We heavily invest in finding and selecting the right people, and then developing their skills to make them unstoppable. Our team enjoys working together, and we are excited to add new members who share our focus and drive.

As a woman-owned law firm, we are deeply committed to creating opportunities for talented attorneys and staff who traditionally have been excluded from the legal industry. Great teams are built on diversity, and we welcome all applicants regardless of race, color, religion, creed, sex, national origin, age, citizenship, marital status, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity or expression, disability or veteran status.

Attorneys

Our ideal candidates are relentless and brilliant litigators with sterling credentials. While the following qualifications are not prerequisites, our lawyers are Harvard- and Yale-educated, have completed federal clerkships, have served as federal or state prosecutors, and/or have reached the highest levels of government legal practice.

Credentials aside, all applicants should love to litigate, solve problems creatively, and join the fray. Every applicant, regardless of seniority, should be an excellent writer.

Associate salaries start at $230,000 and exceed the Biglaw market rate at all levels. Benefits include fully-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums; 401(k) program with 4% employer matching; generous family leave policy; flexible unlimited PTO plan; and an annual technology stipend. We win as a team, and everyone shares generously in the firm’s success through discretionary market-beating annual bonuses.

Perry Law’s innovative approach to legal practice is also reflected in its commitment to diversity and work-life balance. Inspired by Danya’s experience as a single mother of three, the firm embraces flexible schedules for its attorneys, allowing them to balance family responsibilities and outside commitments. Competitive compensation at above-market salaries further underscores the firm’s dedication to creating an inclusive and supportive work environment. Under Danya’s visionary leadership, the firm continues to thrive, embodying a unique blend of legal acumen, ethical commitment, and social impact.
